AT&T needed UX help in their small business division. There were several opportunities to improve metrics and also pioneer a more agile workflow.

Designing with pre-packaged components
Many of the design assets had not been created in house. This was challeneging as the building blocks were quite inflexible but allowed for creative problem solving and this is where I began to see how UX is implemented on a large enterprise scale. This experience helped me think about design systems more holistically.
